The conversion of a former Bed & Breakfast into a rooming house marks an important step for Vilavi Québec. This project offers 19 rooms adapted to the needs of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, each equipped with a bed, fixed furniture, a sink, and accompanied by community spaces.
Thanks to this major renovation carried out between November 2022 and delivered on September 21, 2024, Vilavi is meeting its mission by combining social housing and community support. All tenants will benefit from the Rent Supplement Program, allowing them to limit their rent contribution to 25% of their income.
