In 2019 the Building Health Report (BSI) proposed localized repair of the bricks due to a certain level of degradation. As the brick was badly damaged, the poor insulation performance of the rear wall posed serious problems for the building. In fact, the building has experienced 2 water damages in the last 2 years. In 2022 the bathroom pipes froze, then in February 2023 the rupture of a sprinkler pipe, creating a flood on the ground floor. The renovation project aims to replace the envelope of the rear walls with an acrylic coating with high insulation performance in order to eliminate this risk.
